Ok this is my first weight loss vlog. I will try and do one everyday. Also I will only accept video responses that are about your weight loss. This website helped me to see what might work best for me. Go check it out. www.thebodycodequiz.com

    Shaytard, our family has watched so many of your vids…We love your beard in the first video. Please make a video about it…and perhaps groom back to the way you look in the first vids. Just opinion, but we adore you no matter what!
